How to Clock-In on the Biometrics Time and Attendance System

Clocking in with the biometric system is quick and easy. Please follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step Guide to Clock-In:

1. Go to the biometric terminal

    

   • Located at the main staff entrance of Resource Center, Administration Block and Main Kitchen.

2. Place your finger on the sensor

    

   • Use the finger you registered during setup (usually index or thumb).

   • Make sure your finger is clean and dry.

    

3. Wait for confirmation

    

   • You’ll hear a beep and see a message like “Welcome to Sunshine” on the screen.

   • If it says “Access Denied” or “Please Try Again”, re-place your finger gently and avoid moving it.

    

4. You’re done! ????

    

   • Your time has been logged in the system.

• Follow the same process when leaving at the end of your shift.

• If your fingerprint is not being recognized:

   

  • Try using another registered finger.

  • Clean the sensor gently with a soft cloth.
